A Peekskill man was busted with 400 glassines of heroin on Friday following the execution of a search warrant at a home on Highland Avenue, according to the Peekskill Police. Jose Raymond, 48, was arrested after members of the Westchester County Task Force executed the search warrant at 610 Highland Ave., resulting in the seizure of more than 400 glassines of heroin, said Lt.

The Peekskill Fire Department has been issued an order to begin introducing "rolling blackouts" at local stations, reducing staffing at a time the city is growing.
