The "It's a Manns World" and "Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns" television stars spent the afternoon with Angelina at the Doubletree by Hilton in Fort Lee, N.J. Peekskill Man Charged with Felony DWI in Croton

New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Manuel H. Niguela-Pesantez, 35, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Felony, on Oct. 17. Troopers stopped the vehicle the Peekskill resident was operating for speeding on State Route 9. They concluded that he was intoxicated following an investigation conducted at the time of the stop. Niguela-Pesantez supplied a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .22 percent, police said.

U.S. Rep. Nita M. Lowey announced on Thursday that more than $1 million in federal money will go to expand primary health care services in Rockland County.
