Shrub Oak resident Sean Deleon, 23, was arrested by the Peekskill Police Department and charged with second-degree murder for his alleged role into the shooting of 22-year-old Khalil Lyons in Peekskill on July 13. Police found Lyons on the ground bleeding outside a Park Street business following reports of shots fired in the area.
