Jets fan faces assault charge in MetLife Stadium attack

The Jets fan who was recorded on video at MetLife Stadium as he punched out a Buffalo Bills fan during Sunday's game at the Meadowlands was identified and arrested as he tried to leave the stadium, authorities said Monday. State Police said the fan, Christopher Fox, 34, of Peekskill, N.Y., was pointed out by another fan as he tried to leave the scene and was grabbed by troopers on duty in the stadium.

Newburgh man gets life in Peekskill killing

A City of Newburgh man convicted of conspiring with his lover to shoot and kill her husband in Peekskill was sentenced to life without parole on Tuesday, Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore said.
