Peekskill Police Identify Man Who Hung Himself At Parking Garage

The man who hung himself at a parking garage in Peekskill Monday was a veteran who lived at the Montrose VA Medical Center. Police identified Thomas Warren, 69, as the man who hung himself from the James Street Parking Garage .
