Peekskill Police are investigating the death of a Thomas Warren, 69, a veteran who lived at the Montrose VA Medical Center, who hanged himself from the James Street Parking Garage, in Peekskill Monday. Steven Brown, 62, a New York City man arrested in Peekskill in March is facing federal charges for allegedly trying to lure a child to meet him for sex, News 12 Westchester reports.
