The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York announced a Manhattan man was charged with sexually exploiting a child in Sullivan County. Stephen Brown was arrested in Peekskill, N.Y. on March 4. According to the federal complaint, Brown's arrest followed online communications he had with an undercover office posting as an 11-year-old boy.
