The State Police Computer Crimes Unit investigated the online activities of Byron C. Summers, 31, and say he allegedly subjected a minor to sexual contact on multiple occasions, authorities said. Summers was charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse and was remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
