PEEKSKILL, N.Y. A New York City man arrested in Peekskill in March is facing federal charges for allegedly trying to lure a child to meet him for sex, News 12 Westchester reports. Steven Brown, 62, of Manhattan, was charged with sexual exploitation and attempted enticement.
