Paulo Pilco Rivas, 31, of Peekskill faces a charge of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. While conducting routine patrol, state troopers encountered a one-car collision in the area of Route 6 and Roa Hook Road at about 10:30 p.m. Oct. 17. They allege that Pilco Rivas, the driver, was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
