A second man has been implicated in the fatal shooting of a man in Northern Westchester last month, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced on Wednesday. Shrub Oak resident Sean Deleon, 23, has been charged with second-degree murder for his alleged role into the shooting of 22-year-old Khalil Lyons in Peekskill on July 13. Police found Lyons on the ground bleeding outside a Park Street business following reports of shots fired in the area.
