Republican and Democratic candidates in Peekskill will face off in a two-part debate Tuesday, Oct. 27, in the city's Neighborhood Center. Contenders in the Common Council race will debate first, at 7 p.m. They are Democrat incumbents Kathleen Talbot and Vivian McKenzie, and newcomer Andre Rainey; and Republicans Brendan Fitzgerald, Tina Fischer, and Herbert Reyes.
