Founding Kinks guitarist Dave Davies kicks off a short U.S. solo tour tonight in Peekskill, New York, that's scheduled through an April 21 concert in Medina, Minnesota. The 13-date trek will mostly hit venues on the East Coast, including an April 2-3 stand at New York's City Winery.

Man Must Register As Sex Offender For Installing Village Hall Bathroom Cams

A former 14-year employee of the Village of Ossining must register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to installing a camera in Village Hall, officials said on Monday. Peekskill resident Lider Velez, 49, the former head janitor of the village, has been sentenced to five months of shock probation with sex offender conditions and will have to register as a sex offender upon his release, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced.
