Peekskill council dustup latest episode of 'When public meetings go bad'

An angry exchange that led police to escort two people out of a Peekskill Common Council meeting Monday night was a rare spectacle, but certainly not the first time tensions at a public meeting have boiled over into shouting matches, profanity-laced outbursts, even threats of violence.
