The Rev. Arthur R. Leo, 73, Of Peekskill, Served Church Of The Assumption

The Rev. Arthur Rocco Leo, a former parochial vicar at the Church of the Assumption in Peekskill and a former resident of New Windsor, N.Y., died Nov. 25. He was 73. Leo was born May 6, 1940, in Brooklyn, son of Louis Arthur and Eva Marie Leo.
