Boating While Intoxicated: Rockland Man Arrested by Westchester Marine Police

The arrest occurred off Charles Point in Peekskill during a joint BWI enforcement initiative being conducted on the Hudson River by the Westchester County Police Marine Unit, Rockland County Police Marine Unit and the U.S. Guard.
