Peekskill, New York - State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested a 53 year-old Peekskill man for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, at 2:42 a.m. June 13. Troopers conducted a welfare check on the vehicle he was operating when they observed the vehicle off of the roadway.
