Westchester Native, Ex-Gov. Pataki Endorses Fracking

In a speech at a Putnam County Economic Development Corporation breakfast, former Republican Gov. George Pataki endorsed what he called an "intelligent authorizing" of fracking. Pataki, a Peekskill native who is a Garrison resident, also backed keeping fracking away from parks and New York City's watershed in the Catskill Mountains and Hudson River Valley.
