After backing successful shops in Yonkers and Mount Vernon, Little Caesars -- an international carryout pizza chain -- is looking to open a new franchise in White Plains and eventually in Port Chester, Ossining and Peekskill. Ed Ader, director of franchise development for the Detroit-based company, said potential shop owners need to prove they have $100,000 to invest initially, and that they can qualify for a $250,000 mortgage for a small storefront.
