The completion of the South Waterfront Park and Trailway, the second phase of Peekskill's ambitious waterfront restoration and renovation project, will be marked with a special ceremony April 15. The $8.3 million parkland redevelopment project now includes this 3-acre park and 1-mile trail system running from Riverfront Green to Charles Point Pier Park. The features include an elevated walkway over Travis Cove, floating docks and interpretive signage.
