The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Friday to Westchester County residents regarding the residency of 45-year-old James Johnson, who has moved into an apartment on Howard Street in Peekskill. The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Johnson as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."
