A registered sex offender accused of sexually abusing a 33-year-old woman has moved to an address in Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Friday to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 29-year-old Andrew Zambrano, who has moved into an apartment on Highland Avenue in Peekskill.
