The Journal News reports 42-year-old Delilah Torres, of Peekskill, was arraigned Wednesday on two counts of offering a false instrument for filing and one count of practicing or appearing as attorney-at-law without being admitted and registered. Westchester County prosecutors say Torres was representing a client in Pleasantville Village Court in June when she was questioned about her credentials.
