The owner of an allegedly stolen car in Westchester used GPS tracking to assist police in locating the vehicle and their suspect. Investigators from the Yorktown Police Department received a hotline message from the Peekskill Police Department shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, regarding a vehicle that had been stolen and was traveling eastbound on Crompond Road in Yorktown.
