Three men have been arrested and charged for their roles in the fatal shooting of a man in Northern Westchester over the summer. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced on Thursday that three men have been arraigned for the July 13 fatal shooting of 22-year-old Bronx resident Khalil Lyons in Peekskill.
