Teacher in birth control suit accused of assault

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. a?? A teacher suing the Peekskill schools for allegedly taking his then-16-year-old daughter to an off-campus health clinic where she was prescribing birth control pills was accused by the district in 2011 of assaulting the colleague who allegedly helped her get the pills.
