Michelle J. Morales, a 23-year-old Peekskill resident, was charged Monday with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, according to Yorktown police. Police said an officer was dispatched to investigate a report of property damage in an auto accident on Route 6 at Lexington Avenue.
