YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. A Putnam County woman recently surrendered to Yorktown authorities on a failure to appear charge, according to a press release from the Yorktown Police Department. Gail Gallante, 63, of Lake Peekskill in Putnam Valley, turned herself in on the evening of Tuesday, May 19, according to police.
