Yorktown police arrested a 41-year-old resident of Peekskill on a bench warrant issued by the Village of Ossining Court. The arrest stemmed from a motorist's report of a property damage auto accident at the intersection of Route 6 and Barger Street on Saturday, May 28, at 3:07 p.m., according to officials.
