A Westchester County man who was stopped for a speeding on Route 9 in Peekskill over the weekend was busted by New York State Police troopers for his second DWI in five years. On Sunday, state police troopers conducted a traffic stop after 34-year-old Cortlandt resident Sean Culleton was caught speeding on the busy roadway.
