A Putnam County man with a warrant out for his arrest in Peekskill was busted by police in Scarsdale after a small snafu led to officers intervening in the village. Officers were dispatched to a Copper Beach Lane home shortly after 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 26 where there were reports of an unauthorized U-Haul truck parked on private property.
