The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 38-year-old Anthony Kalicharan, who has reported an address change to an apartment on Edinburgh Drive in Peekskill. The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Kalicharan a Level 3 threat, which means he is a "high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety."
