The Kentucky Fried Chicken at 189 South Highland Ave. in Ossining has closed, leaving the fast-food chain with just one store in Northern Westchester - at the Beach Shopping Center in Peekskill. Inside the Ossining restaurant, the lights are off and the chairs are stacked up with a sign that says CLOSED on the front door.
