For years, hungry area residents -- whether it be at 11 a.m. or in the middle of the night -- have made the Westchester Diner a staple. Unfortunately, residents yearning for some good diner food will soon have to find a new spot when the longtime institution on Albany Post Road in Peekskill closes its doors after losing their lease.
