A registered sex offender with a lengthy rap sheet in Westchester who was convicted of sexually assaulting a teenager has reported a move in the area. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 33-year-old Steven Cilento, who has reported a move to a residence on Depew Street in Peekskill.
