A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of incest and rape involving children under the age of 7 has reported a move in Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 64-year-old Joseph Dunn, who has moved from to a residence on High Street in Peekskill.
