Local, state and federal law enforcement yesterday announced 10 people charged after investigation of two drug rings specializing in the packaging and distribution of crack cocaine in Peekskill. "With the federal charges brought today we have taken a big step in neutralizing two different drug rings that have been peddling drugs for years in the city of Peekskill," said Preet Bharara, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, in a prepared statement.
