Dezon J. Washington allegedly failed to make a scheduled appearance in Yorktown Justice Court, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest on Tuesday, April 5, at approximately 6 p.m., police report. The Peekskill Police Department contacted Yorktown police saying they had Washington in custody on an unrelated charge the following day, April 6, at approximately 6 p.m., according to officials.
