Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill is planning its grand opening Sunday, July 17 in the Beach Shopping Center in Peekskill. To celebrate, there will be free burritos from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Owner Marc Miles, a Dutchess County resident, said he chose this location as it "fit our sweet spot that we look for in locations."
