'Mutts On The Mountain' To Draw Runners, Canine Sidekicks To Peekskill

Sponsoring the event -- the only timed trail race in the tristate area that permits people to run with their furry friends -- is the Westchester Parks Foundation. The 5K race includes 3.1 miles of trails to conquer.
