A 17-year-old Argentinian boy was killed when he and a friend were both hit by an police officer headed to work on a suburban road in the lower Hudson Valley late on Wednesday, authorities said. Marcos Tawil and a friend were both struck by the off-duty Peekskill police officer in front of the Yeshivat Tiferet Tora on Haverstraw Road in Ramapo, according to authorities.
