A lifetime registered sex offender accused of having sex with a teenage girl in Westchester County has changed addresses in Peekskill. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert Friday to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 45-year-old Thomas Holcombe, who has moved to a home on Chauncy Place in Peekskill.
