Police are investigating after a car crashed into the Hudson River on Saturday morning under the Jan Peeck Bridge near the Annesville Circle in Peekskill. It was approximately 20 feet from shore and two-thirds of the way submerged, according to the Peekskill Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
