New York State Police arrested Kevin J. McMullen, 44, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony, on Feb. 20. Troopers were dispatched to assist the Peekskill Police Department with a disabled vehicle on State Route 202 near Conklin Avenue. The driver of the disabled vehicle was inside the vehicle, sleeping.
