On Feb. 1, New York State Police arrested 32-year-old Crystal A. Gibbs, of Peekskill, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation. Troopers were dispatched to investigate a property damage auto accident on Route 9. Police say they located Gibbs asleep at the wheel.
