An 18-year-old Bronx man was arrested on felony identity theft and related charges Thursday in connection with his cashing about $2,800 in fraudulent checks at Chase Bank branches in Peekskill and Elmsford, according to state police. Anthony A. Veggacado was arrested on several counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd, a class D Felony and Identity Theft 2nd Degree a class E Felony.
