HRHCare, a nonprofit, federally qualified health center system with offices in Peekskill, received a perfect score for its care delivery after a recent site operational visit from the federal Health Resources and Services Administration. HRHCare is one of New York's largest community health care providers and projects to serve 135,000 patients in the Hudson Valley and Long Island with well over 200 health care practitioners at 24 sites.
