New York State Police charged a Yorktown man with driving while intoxicated after reportedly observing him driving at 95 mph in a 55 mph zone in Mount Pleasant on Sunday, Nov. 23, according to officials. Kevin Olsen, a 29-year-old Peekskill resident, was charged with petit larceny by Yorktown Police after he was accused of attempting to flee a Sears store without paying for merchandise, according to police.
