New York State Police charged Janeil M. Myke, 23, a Peekskill man with criminal possession of marijuana in Greenburgh on Sunday, Nov. 16, according to officials. The truck driver accused of crashing into a limousine on the New Jersey Turnpike that killed a Peekskill man and injured actor Tracy Morgan is seeking a delay in the civil lawsuit in the case, according to NJ.com.
