The three-month-old restaurant/live music venue, The Hudson Room may be in Peekskill, but it's roots are in Putnam. That's because Chef/Owner Louis Lanza owns Lanza Farms , a 39-acre homestead in Garrison and is big on using not only what his farm produces, but what's available in the Hudson Valley.
